So I have just picked up a new customer that already has a Mikrotik SXT LTE 4Gkit router setup by a company that is no longer in business.
The thing is that we don’t know the passwords to get on to the device to make changes and it has custom firmware on it.
When I tried to reset the device it still contains the password that we don’t know and i still cannot get on to the device.
Is it possible to flash to the standard firmware on the device wiping it completely without being able to actually get into the web interface of the device?
