We are running a small ISP and we also have some resellers (customers) . In userman i only want to allow my customer to change user id and password. But the problem is that, when i set the read/write option for that customer , it also allowes them to change rate-limit, ip pool etc. and that is un acceptable in our case. Please let me know about any script which can disable those options for my customers. (we are using 2.9)

It is not possible to grant permissions for editing users, but not other objects (routers, credits/profiles) at the same time.
Maybe it is sufficient to grant only read permissions to those customers? Users can change their passwords themselves (of course, if they have not forgotten the old password). And many users can be generated in batch mode for later use.
