Customers DHCP not passing

I have an AP setup for a client the system is setup as follows:
Customer Router: sonicwall
then MT AP set up as bridge with 2 5.3-5.8 sectors. Again all bridged with customers router doing DHCP.
On sector 1 there is 3 client radios, client radios have LS5’s in them.
Sector 2 there is 5 client radios all 133c’s.

Here is the issue:
The customer DHCP server was passing to cp’s at remote locations when there was up to 6 client radios connected.
Once we added the 7 and 8 client radio DHCP stopped passing.
I tried doing DHCP relay, and that didn’t work either.

Any thoughts?

Anyone?

Can you draw (ASCII or with Paint) a network diagram? What I’m imagining from what you said is

{ISP} – Sonicwall-DHCP/Router – MT1 ~~ MT2 – CustomerLAN

If this is right then you have to get DHCP broadcasts from the customer LAN to the DHCP server. You will need to use DHCP relay for this - I can’t tell you if you should relay MT2 to MT1 and then relay MT1 to Sonicwall, though.
