What is “Customer” menu ?

Not sure if it is what you are looking for, but from the documentation: Each user has access to his personal profile using a WEB interface. The WEB interface can be accessed by adding “/um/” directory to router’s IP or domain, for example, http://example.com/um/.

UserManager’s administration has been moved in WebFig/WinBox to its own top level menu. More information in this forum post.

This is, as you said, the old wiki for versions prior to 7.
