is ist possible to customize the routerOS? i.e. I’d like to retrieve some data from the serial connection, process this data (simple mathematical functions like average and sums or peak values- store the processed data and then at some point in time retrieve those stored data.

Im not sure, but if it is take a look at the scripting section…
Serial Support in RouterOS is minimal, at best.
