Customize Signup page was not working

I found below guideline from Wiki but it was not working on my mikrotik version 4.9
I want to modify signup page and user page but no lucky.
I can access sign up page and display without any problem but NO “umfiles” directory listed after first time access it as wiki mention below.
any mikrotik expert or gurus can guide me how to modify signup page?

Customization steps
To customize signup pages, follow these steps:

Signup page must be accesses at least once, because template files are created on first request. Therefore open signup page in your browser. If you have opened signup page previously, skip this step
Log in to your router using FTP or SFTP and download “umfiles” directory containing all required files to your computer. If there is no “umfiles” directory, see previous step
Edit the files using text editor of your choice. Editors supporting HTML syntax highlighting could aid you. See: HTML Editors

same problem with 4.11

connect to router with winscp using admin login
no umfiles folder
open browser (firefox)
go to http://x.x.x.x/user?signup=xxxxx
refresh router directory
no umfiles folder
got to http://x.x.x.x/user/signup/xxxx
refresh router directory
no umfiles folder

We are having exactly the same issue using ROS V4.11 , the pages have been used multiple times for testing the PayPal payment process, and it works exactly as it should.

Except the /umfiles they simply aren’t visible with ftp, winbox or terminal.

Has anyone solved this one yet ?
