Hi All -
I’m currently in a place where I can’t get an alternate power adapter. I have a GrooveA 52ac with the AC powered PoE unit. Since the Groove can support 12v, is there any reason I can’t cut the AC/DC transformer off the adapter wire and hardwire the tail into my 12v power supply (12.3v would be as low as it would generally go). I can’t think of a reason but I figured I’d ask before destroying it.
