Cyrillic SMS shows incorrectly on wAP R LTE kit

Hi guys. Just bought wAP R LTE kit (RBwAPR-2nD&R11e-LTE).
Is it possible to display cyrillic sms correctly? Now there are only question marks instead of cyrillic letters. Looks like something wrong with encoding:
