i cant understand why graphics not match.
look at my attachment. first daily and i have Max In: 91.01Mb.
second weekly and i have Max In: 79.38Mb.
why?
You can see on your own screenshot: first chart is 5min average, while the second is 30m average.
yes, but it not average speed.
what different between max speed at 5 minutes column or 30 minutes column?
It may sound confusing, but that’s not “max instant” speed, it’s “max average” 
“Max 5min average” and “max 30min average” respectively.
