Every morning I come in and I have 2 or 3 remote sites that are offline due to the local agent on site showing this message:
It’s starting to cause issues as we loose all the bandwidth stats when in this state …
Anyone else seeing it ? Understand what it means ? Can recommend a fix ?
Clicking reconnect immediately solves the issue …

So this is what i woke up to this morning … its the same most mornings …
OK - dug a little deeper …
The timing of this is in line with when i backup the dude server with this cmd:
/dude export file=“$dudeconffilename_$now.$dudeconffileext”
/dude export-db backup-file=“$dudedbfilename_$now.$dudedbfileext”
Anyone from MT care to comment or do i need to open a case, this morning every device was disconnected ?

daily “wrong challenge (not requested)” error solved quickly by pressing reconnect on router
It’s annoying do it every single day, any help?
nikc had dude export info, but for us - there isn’t any action daily - only weekly (script started by scheduler) backup + export → to mail
