Daily Reports E-Mailed?

I would like to have each of my Mikrotik Routers send me a daily report consisting of System resources and traffic on interfaces.

Is there a simple way to do this? I don’t need anything fancy, I just want a daily report of the CPU utilization and traffic on the Bridge interface.

If you want to tell me to rtfm, then please tell me where to find it and what section.
If someone has already asked the question, please refer me to the post. I could not find anything using the search funtion, so I assumed that no one has asked this before.

I think there is no way to send by e-mail, that today CPU load was 75%.

You can look into SNMP, where it is possible to monitor CPU load for hours, daily weekly and yearly and get nice graphs of CPU load over that periods,
