Data connection not working

I just brought my new Mikrotik Chateau 5G ax for a holiday in Italy and plugged in a local SIM card (from Windtre).

The same SIM card works perfectly in both my 5G Andoid phone and an old D-Link LTE router.

But when I put it into the Mikrotik, and it boots - all the LEDs show a good connection (5G connection and good signal), like everything was fine, but there is just no internet.
Even “ping 8.8.8.8” executed from Tools/ping does not work.

Can someone please advise what to do?

Additional info, that I just discovered.

If I set the LTE interface to “Network Mode” - only “3g” (so disable “lte” and “5g”) - then I have internet.

But then, as I said: I have LTE with my old d-link router and I have 5G with my android phone.
So the SIM card supports both - it is just some problem with the mikrotik.

OK, I figured it out myself.

I was missing a proper APN setting - it wasn’t working with the default APT.

I had to follow this gude to add a correct APN (internet.it):
