I have spent the last couple of days digging through the Dude documentation and this forum and just not having any luck finding any real documentation on this topic. We are building out a general reporting server to collect information from all the various hardware and software vendors we use. Just about all our sites have a CRS switch with a couple of RB109’s for small switchs and a RB3011 we are using for a Dude Server at each location.
We have a central VM Guest running the Dude Server as well, and start to point the remote Dude Servers to the main server, and this has worked well for us to deploy changes across the board. But we are really having an issue trying to find out how to pull data from the Dude Server(s) using either a straight database connection to make the query or performing queries with the API. I know the RouterOS software supports API as it is a service that able to be turned on/off in the software, and API is my preferred method of connection.
Can anyone help point me in the right direction to this documentation?
