is there an equivalent for the new CRS317 at all? It would be perfect for us to put a DC PSU into the CRS317.
From the pictures it does not look like it has -48volt input capability 
correct, but like the CCR1072 - they have a -48v PSU to go from that to 12v (as required by the CCR1072), so I was hoping that there might be a -48v to 24v PSU that could maybe be installed into a CRS317 (IIRC, the CRS317 takes an input of 24v).
PW48V-12V150W does support -48V telecom power. Or you are referring to something else?
CRS line of products currently do not have such power options.
