Hi!
I’ve been having issues with DHCPv6-PD with my ISP.
The ISP had some routing issues with IPv6 for the past few days and the Mikrotik worked fine with DHCPv6-PD during that time (abeit not being able to browse the net), but now they’ve resolved the issue, it has now stopped working! Before this time, I did not have IPv6 setup on the router.
When turning on the DHCP logs, I see the following:

So, to me this would indicate that the requests are reaching the ISP and the ISPs core router is saying “sorry, we don’t have a prefix to assign you”? Looking up the “NOPREFIX-AVAIL” on google brings up various Cisco bugs that go over my head.
IPv6 works perfectly fine on the Technicolor ISP provided router after a factory reset and as the ISP doesn’t support third party routers, I’m worried that they will eventually give up with sorting this out and I’ll be left in the sand. Can anyone here advise if this is definitely their issue, or a simple config change that can be made on my side?
I’m able to provide PCAP files for both ISP router and Mikrotik (including working and non-working) if needed. I think I’ve tried every single DHCPv6 client setting combination, but open to suggestions. I’ve also attached my config.
Thank you in advanced. I’m pulling my hair out over this!
