I think before resetting configurations of RB941 I haven’t disable my DDNS and now I can’t see any DDNS name and public address in cloud. What Can I do To solve this?
Right now even with turning off the router I have the ping of DNS name which I copied before… 
Might show up in Quick Set at VPN Access. Just don’t use Quick Set.

Alternative 2:
System Routerboard
Get serial
and then .sn.mynetname.net
A bit normal if your router is behind another ISP device.
The device having the public IP is still responding.
