I am facing the following problem : I need one for my free DDNS wans dynamics , but I have one link ( modem cablemodem with mikrotik and he is getting dhcp client to get the public ips ) , the first link is my primary link and have the 2 link ( the modem is in bridge mode and it is getting mikrotik pppoe -client to get the public ip ) which is my secondary link .
These 2 are in link failover with dynamic distance set by dhcp client and pppoe - client link is the one with distance 0 and 2 link with distance is 5 . Failover is a wonder I have only one problem , I need you to stay free DDNS 1 when the link is active and when the link 1 offiline stay the same DDNS stay in when link1 link2 and get active again the same DDNS back to Link1
is my first forum posts and sorry for anything.
I’ve looked at various link google and various forum post , already tested many scripts as well and so far no success , I need a light, if you will .
