Greetings, i’m new in the forum looking for some feedback.
i’m in the need of a router/firewall capable of handling a ~1.5Mpps (up to 1Gbps) ddos attack (like udp spoofing) without lossing packets in the process, or getting the router restarted as i read in the forum.
So far i was messing around with a linux box, aligning nic irqs to cpu, disabling Flow-Control, C-States…
Anyway, i started looking for an all in one solution for my needs.
I became interested in the CCR1036-12G-4S which looks fantastic (hardware speaking), however i have no idea if it is capable enough (which would probably deppends on the software)
Is there anyone here with experience in attack situations?
