Come on MT give me some ideas…

How do I setup MT to protect me like this doc shows?

You cannot set it up that way.

MikroTik would have to change their software to enable this.
Sounds like a good idea to have this (at least optional, perhaps/better even configurable) in one of the next versions, though…

To make sure MikroTik is seeing your feature request, be sure to send it to support@mikrotik.com (this a NOT an official MikroTik forum…).

What, huh? This forum here we are typing on is not?

If you read the FAQ (linked on the top of the page), you’ll note that this a user-to-user forum. MikroTik does not claim responsibility for any information contained here, nor do they feel obliged to read/answer anything/everything here. And they repeately confirmed that if you want to get support from MikroTik themselves, you have to write to support@mikrotik.com - not expect your post here being read/taken note of.

That being said, Normunds, Eugene & Co. (all from MikroTik) ARE indeed reading/posting here a lot! And thanks for that! (Even if Normunds lately stated that he’s posting here as a private person, not as a MikroTik employee . But as I’m quite sure that MikroTik doesn’t hand out spearat work-time brains to their employees I am confident that he’s the same Normunds that I know  …)
