Can this be done with usermanager?
I want to limit the power users of our PPPOE-flatrate. For this I wish to set an traffic limit. After reaching the traffic limit the line should run on 128k/128k for example.

that's possible, but combined userman and a script.
i have done VPN [PPTP] over usermanager and a little script, nice.... 
i think over PPPoE is possible too, but never try.

As Balimore mentioned, currently it is not possible with automatic configuration from User Manager, but it is possible with some script help.
