default webpage on local RB - prevent access but allow UM?

I’m trying to think of away I can prevent access to the default webpage of any RB unit but still allow access for UM signups/logs/etc.

Can anyone think of away of doing this?

UM doesn’t use the RB default webpage. Just disable the service port for the RB.
