Just emailed you for the 3rd time, emailed you twice last month but no response, my mikrotik account glitched when buying a licence and got locked out / corrupted.

Please check the support email account for emails from: stephen@nerd.geek.nz

I have 3 chr licenses that need to be able to renew.

Did you get an auto-reply? If yes, just wait. If not, resend mail (perhaps using another mail service, e.g. Gmail works fine).

Your domain might filtered out Mikrotik - this seems common.
