As Normunds wrote this seems to be intentional at the moment.
And it’s not a DNS error - you do get a correct DNS answer - it’s just that you cannot do much with the ip address (127.0.0.1) you get back, apart from talking to yourself
Sorry but Bulgarian ISPs can see this
