As Normunds wrote this seems to be intentional at the moment.
And it’s not a DNS error - you do get a correct DNS answer - it’s just that you cannot do much with the ip address (127.0.0.1) you get back, apart from talking to yourself :wink:

again, i repeat slowly - demo and demo2 resolving to 127.0.0.1 is intentional. please look this word up in the dictionary :slight_smile:


about request timeout:
no networks or route in the world running 100% online.... many factor to make links stable....
