they may use superscan,ipscan and so on,
maybe they can get the version and opened ports

do you mean neighbor viewer or winbox-mac ?
you can turn off the mac service.

  1. Block all local users by firewall chain=input;
  2. Disable ‘ip neighbor discovery’ for the interface users connected;
  3. Disable MAC-Telnet and MAC-Winbox servers for the local/remote interface (tool mac-server …).

there is no way to get this information unless you have specifically enabled SNMP. routeros is not that easy a target
