simply set a speed limit for your client and you won’t need anything like this. live cam is nothing but an image that is getting refreshed all the time, so there is absolutely no way to blok it unless you want to block all images. and about download accelerator - you can make a limit of simultaneous connections for each person. for example 10 connections per IP limit.
i know that by queues i can control the limet but i wnat to deny or drop live cam and all prog like Download Accelerator

because artificially you cannot differentiate the content, where it is a Live Cam or what kind of javascript is running. unless you block live cams one by one.
