How can I deny winbox access via MAC (also MAC telnet) in a defined ethernet port (enabled on other ethernets) ?
I think via:
IP - neighborhood - discovery settings: Use “!” + the ETH1 port
BUT this means all other ports including WAN port can use it… Maybe not the best thing to do.
Would rather define a list of interfaces, and use that list for access.
always do: allow only what you need, rather than block what you think needs to be blocked!
Sorry, too fast too fur…
Its MAC Server settings in “Tools”
Same applies there as above: allow only what is needed…
Just seen…thank you.
