Design Help changing an EdgeSwitch to a Layer3 Switch

Looking for some help on an install that I have been thrown into.

I could bore you with the story but here are the important parts.
5 subnets 192.168.1.0/24, 192.168.10.0/24,192.168.20.0/24,192.168.30.0/24,192.168.40.0/24

They have all Ubiquiti EdgeSwitches.
No problem…
I set up a hAP AC2 with the proper VLANs, DHCP servers, Pools, IPs and Subnets. Everything works.

Now they decided they want to start bringing in a lot of camera traffic. The design makes very little sense and I just need to make something work that I can hand back to the camera people and go… there you go.

Right now the Tik is handling the VLAN routing. And its getting close to maxing out the 1G Ethernet Port.

So I got them to order an L3 EdgeSwitch with 10G uplinks… but I can’t find an example of how to configure that to what we have now.
The router sits at 192.168.1.1/24
The VLANs follow VLAN 10=192.168.10.0/24 and so on.
The Switches that are on site are 192.168.1.3-192.168.1.17
There are 3 camera servers that will sit in 192.168.1.251,192.168.1.252,192.168.1.253
Cameras are across 3 of the VLANs. 10,20,30.

Can the edge switch be configured to be 192.168.1.2?
I want it to route between the various subnets and only pass DHCP down to the Tik and of course when they need to reach the outside world.
But the camera stream coming from 192.168.30.50 to the camera server at 192.168.1.251… there is no reason for that to come down to the Tik.

I found this how to…
https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002359547-EdgeSwitch-Inter-VLAN-Routing

It gets close… but doesn’t really solve it.

The problem here is that the installers were UniFi people… when this was outside what they could do… I said I know EdgeSwitches “reasonably well”. VLANs on them with the Tik routing is no problem to me… but this install is.

So any insight?
Thanks

Took some WAGs today and it appears I have the edgeswitch routing.
