Destination MAC: 01:80:c2:00:00:0e are discarded by RB750GL

I have an EoIP tunnel + PPTP with two RB750GL configured without any filter.
Why does it drop Ethernet packet whith MAC DESTINATION: 01:80:c2:00:00:0e?
