Detecting Bridge port interfaces traffic loops

I would like to request advice on how do I check for traffic loops on bridge port interfaces!

I should have asked How do i detect if VLAN frames are being dropped by a bridge port interface?

Being dropped for what reason ?

Configuration issue, the VLAN passes traffic for a short period and then stops?
