A couple days ago I saw that the dev versions of rOS were pulled from the customer portal, even though the cahngelog is still there. Why is that so? When will an RC build become available again?

It is not pulled. We simply have not yet built a new RC

Yeah, shortly after my message a new RC was made available, bearing a highly anticipated -though still experimental- feature!
