Device agent error message

Hi all,

“agent xxx-xxx routerOS version not the same as dude servers (6.38.1 (stable)), next attempt at xx.xx”
Does anybody know what’s causing this error message when setting agent?

It looks like it wants Dude server and agent use same RouterOS version.

Thanks for your reply. I thought the same and got them upgraded to the same OS version. Didn’t fix the issue yet.

Upgrading OS Version on client, agent and server fixed the issue. Thanks!
