Device don't boot

Hello,

I buy a Mikrotik Cloud Switch Series (CRS109-8G-1S-2HnD), I just upgrade the firmware and now it doesn’t boot.

I connect with serial and I get this:

RouterBOOT booter 3.19

CRS109-8G-1S-2HnD

Authorization: failure

How could I rescue the device?

I will appreciate your help.

Have you tried netinstalling it? Upgrade it again, and make sure to upgrade firmware.

Where could I found the firmware?

I never upgrade fron network, need I configure a TFTP server?

Firmware is already contained in ROS.

System > Routerboard check there, click on upgrade, reboot.

The problem is that I can’t access to the web interface, I only have serial access to the device.
