Device reporting "false port" using capsman

Hi guys,
I have a situation where I have a client in a supermarket that is using a scanner to scan price barcodes and then have a small wireless printer print out a new price sticker. I have a hAP AC LIte as the main router and a wAP in the actual store for wireless access. the wAP is set up using capsman.
The idea is that they scan the barcode and then print a new price label with the wireless printer that they are also carrying with them. I have “Client to Client” forwarding turned on and it seems to work for a while (weeks) but then it stops working and the scanner reports an error saying that it cannot connect to the printer. The error message on the scanner reads “FalsePort”.
Has anyone seen this before as it is driving me nuts?
Thanks, Rob.

Might be that your DHCP is not assigning the same IP to the scanner host and/or wifi printer, thus the scanner host cannot connect to the printer.
Try to make the leases static.

Thanks inteq.

My thoughts exactly. The printer appears to have a static IP Address set up in it by the people who set it up so I might have to get them to set it to DHCP and then make the IP Address for the printer static in the MikroTik.
