Devices in VLAN in Management Bridge unreachable

Well that config is way beyond my level of comprehension.

All I can say is that this reference is the bible…
http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/using-routeros-to-vlan-your-network/126489/1

My general comments are
A. do not use a bridge to give out DHCP. (the only thing that should reference bridge as an interface should be the vlans themselves.)
B. do not use default vlan1

With such a complicate setup, I would try to keep things as clean and as simple as possible (may mean reducing the number of bridges).

Sounds like ether2 and ether2 are trunk ports.
So clearly identify which are trunk ports and which are access ports and config them accordingly in both interface bridge port and interface bridge vlan configs

Last comment: I am truly impressed. I find it difficult not to have errors on a very small config, let alone the monster you have created!!
