Devices unable to receive IP from DHCP server

I have an AP that is configured as a cap and receives it’s config from a MT router acting as a capsman. Devices can associate with this AP but never receive an IP address from the dhcp server.

I can see the requests arrive at the dhcp server and an offer is given but then client just times out. Any ideas what to look for? I have 35 AP’s and all work except this one connected to this switch. I swapped the AP out and same issue, I have compared my switch config for this AP with config for other AP’s connected to the same switch and all looks correct.

Without the configs: check that all VLAN are where they’re supposed to be, that trunks have the relevant VLAN, that DHCP snooping is configured correctly if in use.
