DHCP Access List

Hello…

I write you to ask about if possible to do the following:

I have 200 PC in network and DHCP Server (Mikrotik) with a pool of 10 IP address por use of special users.

All my network use static IP address, but if some one change its network configuration to obtain dynamic IP they will have access to the DHCP server.

I want to restrict o grant access to obtain a dynamic IP using a list of MAC address that I can manage adding or deleting mac address.

Perhaps you could use static ARP
