I have been experiencing a network issue indicated by the following log message: “dhcp-client on ether1 lost IP address — lease expired” on my MikroTik router. Kindly provide assistance on how to resolve this issue. For clarity, I am using Starlink for internet connectivity, MikroTik for routing, and UniFi as the access point (AP).
That usually means the WAN side is not renewing the lease from Starlink in time, either due to a brief link drop or DHCP timeout. I would check the ether1 link stability and try increasing the DHCP client lease time or enabling add default route only after bound to see if it improves stability. @geometry dash
