DHCP client on Vlan won't find IP

I’ve enabled the DHCP client for the management vlan (which isnt any special vlan it’s just a vlan number I created). I added it to the LAN interface list…

Is there anything else I’m missing? I see the MAC address on the switch tree and it’s tagged correctly. However, It’s not grabbing an IP address. Also I cannot access with winbox even on the same vlan/switch.

Any thoughts?
