DHCP Clients no accounting/reports?

Ok, I don’t have DHCP server, only MAC auth and have same problem: There’s no active sessions and active users report.

I have two active clients connected, they have www, but on the STATUS page I have active users=0, active sessions=0 ?!

Where’s the problem?

Hi. I am having this same problem using version 2.9.42 …

Log shows the client get authentication, and his /status page is accurate with times and data up/down.

But User Manager status page does not record the session. Very strange…

Please post if anyone gets an answer to this.

Hi Guys,

Do you have firewall rules on your input chain?

I did and originally when I could not connect to Usermanager, I allowed port 1812 (UDP and TCP) and I could get to the User manager.

Now I found that it also uses ports 1813, so have put accept rule on ports 1812-1813 ..problem solved.
