Dhcp, DNS, Firwall & Bandwidth Limit Help Require

i have a network of 200+ users and using ISA 2004 at server.

Now, i want to use Mikrotik at server but i m very new to Mikrotik Platform.

Please Help me to configure the following setting.

1, DHCP Server.
2, DNS Server.
3 Transparent Proxy Server.
4, Firewall to block unwanted users.
