DHCP Failed on Jumbo Frame

Dear Sirs,
I have HP NC7170 (intel 82546EB) as the LAN (Trunking with 802.3ad)
The switch is Cisco WS-3560-e (also try the Zyxel non management GBE Switch)
The switch has been turn on the jumbo frame.
However If I setup the MTU as 9000 on the interface on NC7170, the client failed to get the IP from the DHCP server of RouterOS.
If any one have related experience or can provide any comment on that?

Are you connected to a gigabit port on the switch?
The 10/100 ports only support a MTU of 1998 bytes.

And:
How did you set the MTU?
The Gigabit ports are not set with the system mtu command - you’ll need the system mtu jumbo command to set the Gigabit ports.
