DHCP failure

Hello guys, I take care of some customer networks and they all have the same scenario.
The RB3011 as a dhcp server and for wifi are unifi by ubiquity, the problem is, looking at the mikrotik logs, the messages appear in blue, several times saying "dhcp offering [ip] concession to [mac] without success.
This hapen for all my clients who have this scenario. Does anyone know what can it be? I saw that I may need to disable the option to always transmit broadcast in DHCP settings, but I’m not sure and I don’t want to disable it without being sure.

A bit more info about the configuration details would help…

Very well, Rb3011, ether1 link wan PPPoE, ether2 LAN with DHCP Server, without VLAN. From eth2 port goes to a switch / 1gb is not manageable. Unifi is connected to this switch. Release time of dhcp 10hrs. At unifi 2 networks, a guest with 1mb control per device and a business one.

O.K. so there is no weird configuration…
As far as it concerns Mikrotik I have never heard about anything similar, but a quick googling gave me this link:

It looks like this is known problem with ubiquity. Unfortunately I don’t use UB devices and canno help…

Good Luck
