I have several computers and VOIP phones on a network that is run by a Mikrotik Hex router and Cisco 3750 switch, with two Ubiquiti Unifi AC Pro APs. I have been trying to add new laptops to the wireless network, but when I connect them to WiFi or via ethernet, they are given IP addresses outside of the DHCP range set on the Mikrotik. There are 3 DHCP ranges set, 192.168.1.0/24, 192.168.2.0/24, and 192.168.3.0/24. Any laptop I connect to WiFi or ethernet gets assigned an IP of 192.168.0.x, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.255, and no default gateway, but it has the correct DHCP server of 192.168.1.1, and the suggested DNS servers from the DHCP settings. If I statically assign an IP in the right range, they will connect to the internet, but I need them to be able to connect through DHCP. Does anybody have any insight on this?
Either you have another dhcp server in the network or you have set something wrong. Check your exported config and search for other dhcp server…
