DHCP Lease Active Host Name Issue.

I am facing a problem on Mikrotik DHCP server lease. When I have connect Fortinet phone with Mikrotik router its works properly but did not found Fortinet phone host name at DHCP Lease Active host name section. Others devices host name is prompt properly. When I have connect this phone with Fortigate firewall we are getting host name. What is the issue is here??
My physical topology is: Mikrotik router —BDCOM Switch-----Fortinet phone.
Mikrotik router is configured as a flat mode. I have configure here just a DHCP server.

The hostname is normally provided by the host itself as it requests the IP configuration from the DHCP server. Use /tool sniffer to sniff the DHCP communication on phone startup into a file, and disconnect and re-connect a phone whose hostname is seen in the output of /ip dhcp-server lease print and the Fortinet phone. Once the phones come up, stop the sniffer, download the file from the Tik to your PC and open it using Wireshark. You should see the hostname Option to be present in the DHCP communication of a phone for which it is seen in /ip dhcp-server lease print, but the same Option will likely be missing in the DHCP communication of the Fortinet phone.
