DHCP leases from start or from end of the pool ?

Hello,
I’m interested if why RoS DHCP server gives IPs sometimes from the end of the IP pool and sometimes from start.
How to make it give ips always from start or end of pool?

Also when one of that leased IPs in the mifddle of given pool becames free, why dhcp server doesn’t assign it to request as smallest available IP, and instead giving next IP in sequence of pool ?

This has been discussed at length here already. It gives them from the end. Search for that thread and you will see the reasons why.

I have tried to find but had no luck…
i can give you dozen examples where it starts from the beggining and yes in most cases from the end
