Guys, after some wireshark, looks like DHCP works fine for my Mac and my wireless AP when them are connect direct into the ether ports of my RB450G or in the switch with no vLans set (no trunk no vLans), but if I connect my switch with vLans into the 450G (thru trunk) and connect my mac on the switch I get NAK twice and after those NAKs only offer & discovers with no sucess and no IP for me…
Just to check if the problem is with the switch or with the vLans, I disabled all vLans & dhcp servers & ip addresses of my RB450G and on my switch I pluged it to the router thru another port that dont have vlan and is not trunk. BINGO, worked !!!
Is there some kind bug or something else related to vLans ??? why only Win7 gets IP thru switch with vLans and mine Macbook pro doesnt ? do I have to make some firewall rule to allow it to work ? the problem is on my switch or in the router ?
cheers!
