DHCP Option Time Zone for GMT

how to add DHCP option 2 “Time Zone” for GMT
I understand for example if I want to put GMT +2 I put ‘7200’ in the value.
but what if it is GMT time what do I put.
I tried putting ‘0’ but didn’t work.
