I have 2 MT on Public IP, and Eoip between them, and local ETH in bridge with EOIP.
If DHCP server are on MT1, and PC are connected on MT2 LAN, DHCP are not working…Dhcp debug log are in attach.
For testing on MT2 LAN are connected another MT with DHCP client !

I belive that the DHCP server on MT1 is assigning the IP address to the EIOP on MT2 only and not to the devices on the bridge.
Therefore, no devices are getting ip’s from dhcp server…
Not shure on how you can achieve your goal, but i see where you’re trying to go.
You’ll need to wait for a more qualified user to help you.

Have you the IP-adress and DHCP-server configured to the bridge.
Have you natted the router with Wan EOIP-tunnel go’s not worked over nat.
Here is PING testing, with static IP on routers…
