Looking for some guidance.
Currently we have a few small access towers that are basically a cable modem with an wireless AP in bridged mode. Clients have CPE’s that are bridged and connect via PPPoE back to our Redback. (wireless docsis). We are in the process of switching the main wireless network over to DHCP.
I am looking for suggestions on how to switch these small wifi access towers over to DHCP while tracking usage.
Can we switch this over to a routed network and have the mikrotik send DHCP and usage data back to our RADIUS server ?
