DHCP relay option 82

Hello dear colleagues!!
Has faced with such a problem ,need to send from cloud router Swich CAS12524G-15-RM, DHCP relay option 82 attributes

  1. Agent-Remote-Id = “then be transmitted switch”
  2. Agent-Circuit-Id = "then be transmitted port and VLAN "

/ip dhcp-relay set add-relay-info=yes

sends such information

NAS-Port-Type = Ethernet
NAS-Port = 2202009629
Calling-Station-Id = “1:0:15:c5:70:70:2a”
Called-Station-Id = “sest1”
User-Name = “00:15:C5:70:70:2A”
User-Password = “”
Agent-Remote-Id = 0x0015c570702a
Agent-Circuit-Id = 0xd4ca6dbfc46e
NAS-Identifier = “MT-test”
NAS-IP-Address = 192.168.88.1

how can i do it?
